Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. Opening an account or using any service on jetblue means you fully accept these terms.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In this document, "jetblue", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the jetbluelogin.cam website and all related services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
"Account" refers to each member's personal registered profile. "Bonus" refers to promotional offers provided by jetblue, which are always subject to specific terms.
"Services" means casino games, sports betting, live casino and all other entertainment activities offered through jetblue. If any dispute arises over the interpretation of any clause in these terms, jetblue's interpretation shall be final.
2. Membership and Registration
2.1 Eligibility
To open an account on jetblue, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts, and any such account found will be closed immediately with the associated balance forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings across those accounts will be cancelled.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. jetblue reserves the right to close any account registered with false information. Additional documents may be requested during identity verification.
2.4 Password and Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, jetblue's support team must be notified immediately. jetblue will not be liable for any loss arising from account use by a third party.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on jetblue is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank). Funds sent by any other method will not be accepted, and jetblue will not be liable for them.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10–45 minutes. The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals where possible. jetblue reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
3.3 Account Verification
jetblue may at any time request a copy of a user's National ID (NID) or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, they must place wagers totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- If the same person claims bonuses using multiple accounts, those bonuses will be cancelled.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
- jetblue reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.
- Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering requirement calculation.
4.3 VIP Cashback
jetblue's VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is awarded based on net weekly losses: up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.7% for Gold, 1.0% for Platinum and 1.2% for Diamond. For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
5. Game Rules and Fair Use
5.1 Permitted Use
Users may use jetblue's services for personal entertainment only. Playing for commercial purposes or on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Placing bets through software bots, automated systems or artificial intelligence.
- Coordinating bets across two or more accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
5.3 Technical Errors
If a game result is affected by a server problem, network disruption or technical error, jetblue reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake. Users may not claim any compensation in such cases.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
How jetblue collects and uses members' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By opening an account, the user is deemed to have accepted that policy as well.
Member data may be shared with third parties only when required by law or for identity verification purposes. jetblue never sells member data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Responsible Gaming

Users can request deposit limits, betting limits or a temporary suspension on their account. Such requests are handled with complete confidentiality.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the jetblue website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is owned by jetblue or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes.
Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI and PG Soft remains the property of those respective organisations. jetblue acts only as a distributor of their services.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 jetblue's Rights
If a user violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity or provides false information, jetblue may suspend or permanently close that account at any time without prior notice.
9.2 User's Rights
Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the verification process is complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
jetblue is not liable for any loss caused by internet connection disruption, third-party software errors or issues with the user's own device. In no circumstances will jetblue's liability for any direct or indirect financial loss exceed the user's account balance at that time.
jetblue is not liable for service disruptions caused by external events such as natural disasters, government directives or cyberattacks.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint, users should first contact jetblue's customer support team. Support is available via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team provides assistance in both Bengali and English.
If a user is not satisfied with the support team's decision, they may file a formal complaint within 30 days. jetblue will review it and provide a written response.
12. Changes to Terms
jetblue reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the website and may also be sent to the registered email address where applicable. Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by relevant international online gaming regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation wherever possible.
